HelpNow offers valuable support for K-12 students and beyond. Login with your library card to access:

  • Live tutoring in English and Spanish (1 p.m. - 10 p.m. EST)
  • Help with math, science, English and more
  • AP, SAT, ACT exam practice and more
  • Submit papers to the Writing Lab for expert feedback
  • Join virtual study spaces to collaborate with peers

The Adult Learning Center offers:

How to access HelpNow

  1. Access Brainfuse HelpNow via this link
  2. Log in using your library card number and PIN
  3. Login to your Brainfuse account Note: Some features require you to create an account with Brainfuse. To do so, you'll need to create a Username and Password.

Access via the Mobile App

Note: To use the mobile app, you will first need to create a Brainfuse account via the web browser (see above)

  1. Download the App: Search for and download the Brainfuse app in the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android) on your mobile device.
  2. Sign In: Open the app and log in with your Brainfuse account. Note: you will need to create
